Does it take a lot of work to migrate data?

In most cases there is no migration required. Troly is a technology capable of connecting to other software you use, and automatically import and configure your data. All you need to know is enable any apps in the marketplace. Alternatively you can import a spreadsheet in minutes.

Can you connect new software systems?

Yes we do, granted the other system is capable of being connected too. We charge a flat fee for this work, and if the system is requested by other platform users, then it’s free.

What can I do if I need a new feature?

Troly is designed collaboratively with active platform users and continuously being improved. Your requests for new features are documented, evaluated, and scheduled for development on our roadmap.

If you wish to sponsor a feature, a small fixed fee will ensure a more rapid development and release. You can also review our Open Source policy.

What payment gateways do you support?

How do I know what data can be imported?

In short, any data can be imported. Troly stores several data points for your customers, sales and products, as well as staff and task tracking. We also allow creating your own custom fields, now or later, so ultimately you can store any data you would like.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Troly is prepaid and the shortest commitment is one (1) calendar month. You can upgrade and downgrade your plan as you wish, however no refunds or credit are issued.

What if I change my Point-of-Sale (POS) system?

The easiest thing in the world. we connect to several point of sales, ecommerce, email marketing, carriers and more. At any time you can connect more than one simultaneously and your is automatically synchronised across all compatible system.

Additionally, you can configure each system only to receive a pre-configured segment of your data, allowing - for example - to run one POS for a dining room, and another POS for events or else, any way you wish.

What does Open Source mean?

In order to provide the best, future-oriented value towards the future, our licence allows you to develop your own plugins into Troly. Plugins developed may be attached only to your account, or can be reviewed for quality and published in the apps marketplace.

Do you provide FREE website templates?

We do not provide website templates, instead we allow you to use any ecommerce template and any ecommerce platform. Every platform we connect to have hundreds of templates.
